APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
• An organization wishing to join the Society should submit its particulars to the Secretary on a prescribed form.
• The Committee will decide on the application for membership.
• A copy of the Constitution shall be furnished to every approved member upon payment of the entrance fee.
ENTRANCE FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND OTHER DUES
• The entrance fees and annual subscriptions shall be determined by the General Meeting on the recommendation from the Committee from time to time.
• The entrance fees and annual subscriptions payable are as follows:
Membership category: Entrance Fee; Annual Subscription Fee
Professional Members: US$1000.00; US$500.00
Corporate Members: US$5000.00; US$1000.00
Each additional approved nominee US$150.00; US$175.00

• Annual subscriptions are payable in advance within the first month of the year. If a member falls into arrears with its subscription or other dues, the Treasurer shall inform the member immediately. If the member fails to settle its arrears within four weeks of their becoming due, the President may order that its name be posted on the Society's notice board and that it be denied the privileges of membership until it settles its account. If the member falls into arrears for more than 3 months, it will automatically cease to be a member and the Committee may take legal action against the member provided that they are satisfied that it has received due notice of its debts.
• Any additional fund required for special purposes may only be raised from members with the consent of the general meeting of the members.
